A God Sized Appointment! The very best kind!

Last year, our family had a prayerful goal to feed 1000 children for a month through Feed the Hungry. I believed we would finish this by this spring. In God's mercies, we were able to meet that goal in October of last year. Through a series of events, Jess from feed the hungry stopped by yesterday to meet us. What a God sized appointment it was for all of us as we shared our hearts with one another. Such a connection. It turns out that she was in fostercare/adoption before her work with feed the hungry. She has a personal story that resonates with ours. I am reading a book she left for me, The dark hole World Hunger. Page 46 "In the final analysis, world hunger comes down to the question: Who shall starve? Who shall survive?" Each day 251,000 children are feed through Feed the Hungry! We are in the process of our next 1000 children. This is in our hearts in honor of Jessie's journey and request to feed hungry children, "because I was hungry." WOW,   how could I have missed updating this blog with all that God has done. Please forgive me.

We were able to complete the air purifiers and also the air conditioners for the Xinhua orphanage back in Sept of 2018  WHAT a long awaited completion of a project.

God is so good! He has used our efforts through our sales to support orphan care around the world. Today, we have finished purchasing 4 air conditioners units and 2 air purifiers for Jessie's old Xinhua orphanage in China. We are so excited to be a part of this blessing for these special and wonderful waiting children. They will forever have a special place in our hearts. You just never know what can happen when Hope meets Faith!

We are passionate about orphan care ( https://borninyourheart.blogspot.com/) I would have never imagined that something could have grabbed my heart this hard and held on so tight. But, it has!

I am so taken in by our "HOPE" that I need to channel my energy ( because I am going to explode). Some people write songs, books, carpentry, and more. Our talents is in jewelry making.
We decided to continue our efforts in orphan care by making a, "Hope LINE" dedicated to our "Hope"
Because of how we feel about her and the "all of it, " we are so VERY inspired, "AND we have not even meant her yet!"
Our first creation is what I needed for myself. A visual reminder of why she has come.

The exciting thing about this line is we may have something we can use for fundraising for families for a variety of reason while supporting our passion for orphan care at the same time. A win-win.

We are in the process of unveiling a wonderful ministry that has been "Born in our Hearts," One that I did not see coming, but fits perfectly into our world. Stay tuned.

We are still working on the last two- well one air purifying systems for the SWI orphanage in China. We have the money for one and are still working on the money for the other. We are about $2500.00 short.

But in the meantime.

We wanted a way to embrace "family". I chose to put the birthstones for my husband and myself on one side, and our precious children on the other for my personal bracelet. When Love Shows up.....The Donated Equipment is Delivered and in Use!

Thank you to all of you that were involved!  Nine pieces of life improving equipment is in use. God lead us to this project. He provided through your generous gifts and our Born in Your heart Jewelry sales. MUCH can be done when we say YES!  Our sacrifices are NOTHING compared to the victory of this equipment going through those gate. The very same gates that each lonely child first walks through when life CHANGES. Also the mountains that this must speak to the directors and workers. "When Love shows up...everything changes." Trust, faith and hope are being carried  through these gates.

These children are so precious.....they deserve attention and a voice. 

Lord I pray that this equipment strengthens them and that good loving families come SOON! 

Because so many care so deeply for what is HIS....things are changing in this place.....

But they are cold, and wanting...and in deeper need. It gets very cold there about now. We made our trip 4 years ago at this time. It is a "see your breath cold inside the facility."

Every child is made perfect in His imagine.

He loves us all.  I am thankful
